With over 7 million square feet of commercial space under management, we are increasingly focused on enhancing the Dundee Realty experience and providing our buildings and tenants with service improvements and operating cost reductions.
We are pleased to offer our dundee@work program of service initiatives designed to save our tenants time and money.
While our top priority is providing a physical environment essential to the well-being of our tenants, our dundee@work program focuses on the business needs of our tenants. By offering additional services, we can help our tenants to carry on their business more efficiently and cost effectively in an increasingly competitive environment.
Currently Dundee Realty tenants can participate in the following programs:
dundeeplus - Submit and track maintenance reports online.
eservus - Web-based conceirge service for local services, events and attractions.
dundee@work is committed to continually seeking solutions that will assist our tenants in operating more efficiently, and we welcome your feedback and comments. If there are specific services that you are interested in or specific service providers that you feel would be well suited to this program, please let us know.
