ROLE

  • This position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the corporate tax function for Dundee Realty Corporation and its subsidiaries as well as oversight of tax compliance for Dundee REIT
  • Preparation of all Canadian tax compliance, including the preparation of corporate income and capital tax returns, partnership returns and supporting working paper

ROLE
Dundee is looking to hire a Junior Building Operator with a minimum one (1) to three (3) years experience in a similar role.

  • Perform morning building opening routine
  • Maintain exterior grounds including all winter related duties such as snow removal, ice melt, sanding of sidewalks, parkade, courtyard, etc and summer related duties such sweeping and garbage removal.
  • Conduct opening check of all building systems to ensure efficient operation.
  • Perform regular and period inspections of the buildings and grounds as required and document any irregularities, abnormalities, etc. such as lights burned out, door repairs etc.
  • Carry out repairs, maintenance and some janitorial services of the building and equipment as directed by the Supervisor, including but not limited to: clean and replace air filters; mechanical and electrical equipment testing and servicing, heating/cooling monitoring; plumbing and general building repairs.
